A Health Coach is a supportive mentor and wellness authority that helps you regain your health by coaching you through changes in habit. These changes lead to sustainable health and wellness that you can enjoy forever.

What To Expect

Our Complementary Consultations are simply a conversation that helps you uncover what is stopping you from reaching your health goals.  

At the end of your consultation you will have a better understating of what we can accomplish together. Whether it's dropping a few pounds or overcoming chronic illness, we want to help you become the best version of yourself.

We currently offer several programs geared toward different types of goals.

Health

One of the misconceptions with health these days is the idea that there's a quick fix. The verdict is in, quick fixes don't work. But having your personal Coach walk you through the process, does.

Weight loss

Everyone wants to look and feel their best. Sometimes it means dropping that pesky baby weight, ditching that spare tire you've added onto for years, or dropping those holiday pounds. Every person is different. That's why our programs are tailored to fit you.

 

Training

Part of staying healthy involves exercise. While exercise is good, we believe working toward a specific goal is better. This is why we offer customized personal training plans that are built around you achieving your goals. 

 

Our Experience

Jared and Ashley each discovered their love for coaching while they worked through healing themselves. For Ashley, it was thyroid dysfunction. The typical approach would have been "here, take Synthroid for the rest of your life", but they found a Dr. that was willing to work with them and fixed her problems with lifestyle and nutrition changes. For Jared, it was letting life pile up and getting fat. New babies at home, multiple jobs, shift work, all lead to bad habits and suffering. After trying a few fad diets, he found the way out.

 
During these healing processes, they began working with friends and family and eventually each obtained certifications in the fitness industry. Working in a gym setting brought them to the realization that people didn't need more exercise, but coaching on health and lifestyle issues. 
 
Jared is currently certified as both a Health Coach and Life Coach, maintains multiple certifications in the fitness industry, and has over ten years of experience teaching and coaching. Ashley is starting her Health Coach certification later this year and has been teaching professionally for over a decade.
